Paint-A-Pot Group Reservations

Reservation Requirements

  • Groups of six or more must make a reservation.
  • Reservations must be scheduled at least two weeks prior to the event.
  • If specific items in quantity are needed, at least three weeks’ notice is required.

Group Size & Locations

  • The Art Center/Paint-A-Pot can host up to 75 participants at the Askew Student Life Center (ASLC).
  • For groups larger than 75, additional campus locations can be reserved. Please see the registration form for available options or contact us directly. Additional fees may apply.

Packages

Paint-A-Pot offers three package options:

  • $6 Package
  • $10 Package
  • $14 Package

Selections are made in person from our inventory at the time of your event.

Reservation Process

  • A reservation form must be submitted through the Paint-A-Pot website for all events.
  • The Art Center reserves the right to deny a reservation.
  • Changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing at least two days prior to the event to art-center@fsu.edu.
  • Group events may be scheduled from one hour after opening to one hour before closing.

Confirmation

  • A copy of your registration will be emailed to you for review.
  • A second email will be sent to confirm your reservation.

Payment Notes

  • Events paid with a purchase order (PO) require the physical paperwork—not just the PO number—to be received before the event takes place.
